I tried to do a mail merge. office pro 2007  and office ultimate 2007 are Stable and classical. I have created in my Word label, and hope that my information from Excel. I have Excel table, read, 00.00 U.S. dollars, but when I put them into my label, they come 00.0000 U.S. dollars monetary field. Anyway, merge them, so I want to format? Help! Thanks in advance! {MERGEFIELD “Currency”}

You can modify it by using “\#,##,###.00″ and keep on adding the digits and decmals as you like as shown below.

{MERGEFIELD\#,##,###.000 “Currency”}

My Word documents to a huge line, so I am not familiar with the use of Word, but my file, 27 pages long, a lot of photos, work. This is a product headers, footers, bulleted list of manuals and other documents saved as 32 trillion. What? 32 MB’s? ? ? I have all the images in the compressed file. What else should I do to reduce the file size? I love Ms office 2007 !

Can be reduced more. 1. Cut the same image 2. Go to Paste Special 3. As an image (PNG) paste the file, you will see the file size of the different *. * This drawback is a slight decrease in image clarity. windows 7 ultimate and Windows 7 Pro are so powerfull.
