We have created a Word document with a legacy text form field. We inserted a

word date field and protected the document allowing Filling in Forms. windows 7 ultimate and Windows 7 Pro are Stable and classical. After protecting the document when we try going to the form field and clicking on

back space to delete the entry we get “This is not a valid selection” message

box.

We have existing word documents in 2003 with similar form fields. We were

able to delete the entries and add new data. Is Office 2007 professional better than Office 2007 ultimate ? After converting the documents

to 2007 or create new documents in 2007 and try to delete the entries we get

the above error.

Try this out:

Dont open the file directly in 2007, save the file into 2007 version, and then open it in 2007. This error occurs may be because of version issues. office pro 2007  and office ultimate 2007 are so powerfull.

Please try this out.

We have tried all options, we have even tried creating new documents using Word 2007 also. we still face the issue. Office 2007 pro is my favorite .

Bookmarks with different figure references

Hi,

what i am trying to do is make a book mark of a section that i repeat thorughout the document. I need it so that when i update the main one the rest update. My problem is i have a figure and a refernce to that figure in the bookmark. Ms office 2007 is the perfect office software.When i add the next bookmark it uses the same figure number and refernece nubmer. I want it to continue as the latest figure number.

Any solutions, if it is even possible.
